Who We Are

JJS Law, LLP is a law firm that represents consumers in resolving lawsuits brought against them by their credit card companies, private student loan lenders and commercial debt creditors.  We focus on evaluating claims for violations of various creditor collection laws. When appropriate, we use the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) and other consumer protection laws to assist in the resolution of debts and lawsuits. Our extensive team of lawyers and negotiators works tirelessly to resolve cases swiftly and in the most beneficial way possible to the client.

We represent businesses in lawsuits brought against them related to loans and financing, including Merchant Cash Advance loans, and negotiate manageable resolutions to the lawsuits.
